TAMPA – COMPOSITES & POLYCON 2007 (Oct. 17, 2007 ) – Following its recent purchase of the No. 1 producer of methyl ethyl ketone peroxides in North America, Syrgis Performance Products today announced the renaming of the Norac organic peroxides business units in the United States to Syrgis Performance Initiators Inc., and in Europe to Syrgis Performance Initiators AB.

Covington, Ky. (Sept. 24, 2007) - Syrgis Performance Products formally announced today the acquisition of the organic peroxides business from Norac, Inc., a worldwide specialty chemical company that brings more than $50 million in annual revenue to the Syrgis group. The new organic peroxides company name is Syrgis Performance Initiators.

Covington, Ky. – (January 30, 2007) —Syrgis Performance Products, LLC announced today the appointment of Andrew Harris as Chief Executive Officer of Syrgis, effective January 15, 2007. Mr. Harris succeeds Philip Rakita, who will become an operating partner with Edgewater Capital, the company’s private equity affiliate, as well as serve as a senior advisor to the Syrgis management team. Harris will also serve as President of H&S Chemical, one of the Syrgis’ subsidiaries.
