Syrgis Performance Initiators Dye Concentrates are available for selected ANDONOX and NOROX peroxide products to enable the user to ensure that the peroxide cure initiator (“catalyst”) is being uniformly mixed and applied in unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins.

Application Details: 

BLUE & B-2 (Blue/violet) dye concentrates for point of use addition, only. RED – Non-fading red dye for most standard, low water content ketone peroxides. FR-1 – Fading red dye concentrate for many peroxide product formulations.

ANDONOX SG-10 is a methyl ethyl ketone peroxide in phlegmatiser for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperature in combination with cobalt accelerators.

Application Details: 

ANDONOX SG-10 is a MEKP with high active oxygen and hydrogen peroxide level to provide faster gel and cure times. It is suitable for production of button sheets, continuous laminating, centrifugal casting and polyester concrete. (Due to the high hydrogen peroxide level, it is not recommended for use with gelcoats.)

ANDONOX PULCAT SUPER can also be used in cobalt promoted resins for ambient temperature cures and can also be used for the production of flat and corrugated sheet when discoloration by cobalt accelerators is not acceptable.
